As a full-service management company, we are pleased to partner with award-winning property management software, Buildium, which provides faster, efficient, and professional financial packets. In addition, we offer a wide array of bookkeeping and accounting services. One of our many benefits is that community members can access on-demand financial reporting, which is always available through our Resident Portal each month. Our proactive approach offers transparency in the daily and long-term status of your community’s financial goals.

Vendor Relationship Enhancement

Bluepoint’s objective involves supporting trusted and everlasting vendor relationships. We have hand-selected each of our preferred vendors to maximize efficiency, reduce cost, and incorporate automation to ensure emergencies, long-term projects, community safety, and maintenance items are attended to with the utmost care. In 2021, BluePoint completed $2.6M in capital improvement projects throughout The Greater Los Angeles Area.

Community Meetings

During our attendance in scheduled Board Meetings, your community manager will convey relevant action items, inform members of changes, and provide proactive updates on new laws/policies, rules and regulations, and Civil Code knowledge, to name a few. Additionally, the community receives updates on funding and long-term capital improvement projects. Our manager’s vast industry knowledge and experience in Board Meetings ensure that time spent well amongst the community’s leaders and action items are well communicated and documented following Robert’s Rules of Order. Whether Board members are seasoned professionals or volunteering for the first time, we enhance efficiency based on our tried-and-true methods.

Vendor Relationship Enhancement

Living within an HOA is a sound method of protecting your investment. Our managers maintain a hands-on, community-specific approach. Each property is evaluated thoroughly during our onboarding process. Our team looks for potential hazards, beautification opportunities, and compliance with community-tailored Rules and Regulations. Once our team creates a baseline with the community leaders, your manager proceeds to work on the community’s vision while proactively providing feedback and addressing areas for improvement discovered through regular onsite visits.
