What started as an observation of what things were like before, became a desire to raise the bar. We wanted the phone to be answered, the service to be great, the community to become enhanced, and most of all we wanted a better way of doing things.
What happens when you call your current manager? Will they answer, or do you get a voicemail? What about outstanding tasks? Do you follow up, or is it your manager? How is the synergy between you and your fellow Board members? What does your manager bring to draw the group to strive and solve a common goal?
What first started as a simple idea and while working through trial and error evolved into BluePoint – a company on a quest to find solutions. As previous clients and board members ourselves, we believe those experiences give us a competitive perspective from other management companies.
